هدفت الدراسة إلي تقديم تصور مقترح لتدريب معلم الكبار علي ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وتناولت ماهية العصر الرقمي ومتطلباته التربوية، كما تناولت الوضع الراهن لتدريب معلم الكبار بمصر، وقد أوضحت الدراسة مفهوم كل من: التدريب، ومعلم الكبار، والعصر الرقمي، وأسفرت عن عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن تدريب معلم الكبار بمصر يواجه عدداً من التحديات والمشكالت، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق باستخدام وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة خالل التدريب، ويقف ذلك عائق امام مواكبة المعلم العصر الرقمي، مما نتج عنه العديد من المشكالت التي تستلزم تقديم تصور مقترح لتدريب معلم الكبار، بحيث يستطيع مواكبة المتغير ات العصرية؛ ويكون قادر علي الوصول إلي المعرفة وإنتاجها ونشرها وتوظيفها؛ وإيصال العلم للمتعلمين الكبار وفق أفضل السبل والتقنات الممكنة، ويتقن تعليم وتوجيه الكبار وفهم طبيعتهم حاضراً ومستقبلاً. This study aimed to represent a suggested proposal in training the adult teachers according to the request of the digital ages. The study used the descriptive method, it dealt with what is the digital age, the educational requests. It also handle the current situation of training the adult teachers in Egypt. It clarify the concept of training, adult teachers, digital ages which leads to many results one of those important results are: In Egypt training adult teachers faces a lot of challenges and problems, specially those concerning the use of modern techniques in training. that thing stands as An obstacle in front of teachers in the digital age and caused a lot of problems, needed a suggested view to train adult teachers to face the modern variables, and be able to reach the knowledge use it and spread it, beside give the right education to the adult teachers through the best methods and techniques in guidance and understanding adults currently and in the future.
