هدف هذا البحث التعرف على بعض العوامل المؤثرة في تدريب الناشئين لكرة القدم بالخرطوم. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من 26 مدرب. تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية أداة جمع البيانات الإستبانة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث: تعميم فكرة مدارس المراحل السنية لكرة القدم بكل أنحاء السودان مع وجود ضوابط قانونية صارمة لتنظيم سيرها وعمل العاملين بها: 1) خلق تنافس سنوي ثابت لهذه المدارس السنية لكل أرجاء السودان على مستوى الولايات والمستوى القومي مثل الدورات المدرسية القومية .2) إشراك أولياء الأمور بصورة فعالة في العملية التربوية التدريبية للصغار لخلق حلقة مترابطة بين العمل الأكاديمي والتدريب في المدارس، ذلك من شأنه أن يقلل من التسرب في التعليم العام أو الفاقد التربوي. The objective of this research is to identify some factors affecting the training of Junior footballers in Khartoum. The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The sample consisted of 26 trainers who were selected in a deliberate way. The questionnaire was the most important tool of data collection. The most important results that the researcher obtained was : Generalizing idea of schools of the Sunni stages of football throughout the Sudan with the existence of legal strict criteria to organize it and those working on it: 1) Creating a constant annual competition for these Sunni schools for all parts of Sudan at the state and national level, such as national school courses. 2) Involving parents effectively in the educational process of training for juniors to create a link between the academic work and training in schools, which would reduce the dropout in public education or educational loss.
