هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى قائدات مدارس محافظة المخواة وعلاقتها بمشاركة المعلمات في صنع القرار من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمثَّلت أداة جمع المعلومات في استبانة تكونت من (56) فقرةً موزعةً على محورين، وهما محور درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية ب (29) عبارةً موزعةً على أربعة مجالات (التأثير المثالي، الاستثارة الفكرية، التحفيز، الاعتبارية الفردية)، ومحور درجة مشاركة المعلمات في صنع القرار ب (27) عبارةً موزعةً على مجالات أربعة (شؤون الطالبات، شؤون المعلمات، المنهج، المجتمع المحلي)، وطُبقت الاستبانة على عينة طبقية عشوائية تمَّ اخْتيارٌها مِنْ مٌجْتَمعِ الدراسةِ المكون من (1988) معلمةً، وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى قائدات مدارس محافظة المخواة و جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المجالات، كما أن درجة مشاركة المعلمات في صنع القرار بمدارس محافظة المخواة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المجالات، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذاتَ دلالةً إحصائيةٍّ بين متوسطاتِ استجاباتِ أفرادٌ عينةٌ الدراسةِ حول درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى قائدات مدارس محافظة المخواة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولم تظهر فروق تعزى لمتغيري (المرحلة التعليمية، وسنوات الخبرة)، فيما لم توجد فروق ذاتَ دلالةً إحصائيةٍّ بين متوسطاتِ استجاباتِ أفرادٌ عينةٌ الدراسةِ لدرجة مشاركة المعلمات في صنع القرار تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمرحلة التعليمية)، واخيراً أظهرتْ النتائجٌ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية، ودرجة مشاركة المعلمات في صنع القرار. The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing the transformational leadership by the school female leaders at Al-Mokhawah Province and their relation to the participation of female teachers in decision-making from the point of view of the female teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the correlative descriptive approach was used. The data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of (56) items divided into two pivots: The pivot of the degree of practicing transformational leadership with (29) items distributed across four areas (Ideal Effect, Intellectual Stimulation, Motivation, Individual Legalization) and the pivot of the degree of the participation of female teachers in decision-making with (27) phrases distributed across four areas (Student Affairs, Teachers Affairs, Curriculum, Local Community). The questionnaire was applied with a random stratified sample chosen from the study community of (1988) female teachers. The study showed the following findings: the degree of practicing the transformational leadership by the school female leaders at AlMokhawah Province was at a medium degree in all areas.The degree of the participation of the female teachers in the decision-making at the schools of Al-Mokhawah Province was at a medium degree in all areas. There were no statistically significant differences among the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample to the degree of practicing the transformational leadership by the school female leaders at Al-Mokhawah Province due to the variable of the academic qualification. There were no differences due to the variables of (the educational stage, years of experience). There were no statistically significant differences among the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample to the degree of the participation of female teachers in decision-making due to the variables of (the academic qualification, years of experience, the educational stage). The results also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of practicing the transformational leadership and the degree of the participation of female teachers in decisionmaking.
