هدف البحث إلى التعرف على :1) تقويم المهارات التدريسية لمدرس التربية الرياضية وفق أداة تكمان. 2) الفروق بين المهارات التدريسية لمدرس التربية الرياضية وفق أداة تكمان والمحك الفرضي 70.% 3) العلاقة بين تقويم المهارات التدريسية لمدرس التربية الرياضية وتحصيل طلبتيم. تمثل مجتمع البحث من تدريسيي التربية الرياضية لفرع العلوم النظرية والبالغ عددهم (17) تدريسها، وطلبة السنة الدراسية الرابعة البالغ عددهم (121) طالبا وطالبة. وقد حددت الباحثة (5) تدريسيين لتحميل مهاراتهم التدريسية وفقاً لمواد العلوم النظرية التي يدرسونها لطلبة السنة الدراسية الرابعة في كلية التربية الرياضية - جامعة صلاح الدين وهي (علم النفس- الطب الرياضي- التربية- علم التدريب - الإدارة والتنظيم(. أما أداة البحث فقد استعانت الباحثة ب (أداة تكمان) وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس وبعدها. تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث. وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغيا تم معالجتها إحصائياً بالوسائل الاحصائية الآتية (معامل الارتباط البسيط بيرسون- معادلة كوبر لاستخراج الثبات- اختبار t للعينة الواحدة - إختبار t لمعامل ارتباط بيرسون). The objective of the research is to identify evaluation of the teaching skills of the teachers of physical education according to Takman tool, differences between the teaching skills of the teacher of physical education in accordance to Takman tool and the satisfactory measure 70%,The relationship between the evaluation of teaching skills of the teacher of physical education and the achievement of their students. The research community consists of teaching staff of physical education the branch of theoretical sciences ,totaling (17), and students of the fourth year, totaling (121) male and female students. The researcher identified (5) teachers to analyze their teaching skills according to the theoretical science subjects they are studying of the fourth year students in the Faculty of Physical Education- Salahuddin University (Psychology- sports medicine- education- training science- management and organization). As for the search tool, the researcher used Takman tool and verified the validity and stability of the scale and then the scale was applied to the sample of the research. After collecting and unloading the data, they were processed statistically by the following statistical means: (Simple correlation coefficient Pearson - Cooper equation for the extraction of stability- t test for one sample- T test of Pearson correlation coefficient).
