This research aims to stand on : 1) The reasons for the low efficiency of loan my skills and writing for students in the fourth grade basis -Khartoum state, local Ambdh - from the teachers' point of view. 2) The social environment and the impact of the mother tongue ( the local language) to learn the efficiency of loan and writing skills of fourth grade basis- Khartoum state, local Ambdh. 3) The effect of the teacher and the school environment to learn the skills and efficiency of writing the loan fourth grade basis - Khartoum state , local Ambdh. 4) The impact of family and economic conditions in perfecting my skills and writing efficiency loan fourth grade basis- Khartoum state , local Ambdh . 5) Work to find appropriate solutions to address the low efficiency of loan my skills and writing for fourth grade basis - Khartoum state, local Ambdh. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method for the application of this research, and the research community to be teachers of the Arabic language material for fourth grade basis Ambdh stage locality (Khartoum State ) and the approximately 300 teachers spread over 269 school where she starred research sample of ( 90 ) teachers, The questionnaire was used as atool for gathering information , and the results were as follows; 1) The weakness of training teachers of the first episode. 2) Lack of textbook. 3) Overcrowding pupils. 4) The large number of student transition between schools of their family circumstances. 5) Frequent student is absent from school because of his father's help. 6) The general deterioration of the health of the child. 7) Lack of school library. 8) Family disputes ( quarrels , divorce). 9) Not to pursue the duties of parents to their children.
