The study aims at identifying and knowing the role of educational supervisor, and the cooperative teacher, and the role of the cooperative school master, during the period of the practical education, to prepare and qualify the student/teacher, at the faculty of education/basic stage, also to knowing the role of school`s environment, in achieving the objectives of program, and the followed procedures and regulations, to fulfill the program of practical education. The problem of the study stated into the following prime question: What the aspects of strengths and weakness in the program of practical education, for preparing and qualifying the teacher of basic education stage, in the faculty of education at Khartoum University? The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and the population of the study consists of (421) students, the study was applied to a sample of (76) students of the both genders. The researcher used the questionnaire, as tool for data gathering. The study included five chapters, which as follows: Chapter one, included: the general plan of study. Chapter two, included: The literature review, which included four sections, section one: The practical education. Section two: The basic education. Section three: The preparing of teacher. Section four: Educational evaluation, and the previous studies. Chapter three, included: Procedures of field study. Chapter four, included: Displaying, analyzing, discussing the findings of the study. Chapter five, included: The findings of the study, which were as follows: 1) The educational supervisor performs his duties and role, during the period of practical education, with a highly degree, for preparing the student/teacher, in the education faculty at Khartoum University. 2) The cooperative teacher, also performs his duties, with a highly degree, for preparing the student/teacher, in the education faculty at Khartoum University. 3) The Headmaster of the cooperative school also performs his duties, with a medium degree, for preparing the student/teacher, in education faculty at Khartoum University. 4) The role of school environment, in achieving the program practical education objectives, is a medium degree. 5) The procedure, which must be followed, as to success the mentioned program, is a medium degree.
