هدفت الدراسة الأنماط المهنية وفقا لنظرية هولاند وعلاقتها بقيم العمل لدى طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي، وطبقت على عينة قوامها (50) من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي وتراوحت أعمارهن بين (15- 16) سنة، وإستخدمت الدراسة مقياس قيم العمل (إعداد: الباحثة)، ومقياس الأنماط المهنية لبيئات هولاند، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الأنماط المهنية وفقا لنظرية هولاند وقيم العمل لدى طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي، يمكن التنبؤ بالانماط المهنية وفقا لنظرية هولاند من بعض أبعاد قيم العمل. The study targeted occupational patterns according to Holland’s theory and its relationship to work values for first-year students in the first secondary school, and applied to a sample of (50) students from the first secondary class and their ages ranged between (15-16) years, and the study used a measure of work values (prepared: researcher), and the scale of occupational patterns of holland's environments, and reached the following results: there is a correlation between occupational patterns according to holland's theory and the work values of first-graders first-year students. Occupational patterns can be predicted according to holland's theory from some dimensions of work values. (Published abstract)
