The aim of this research is follows: 1) Is to expose the Christianity activities and the propagating training toward the Muslim student in Lagos secondary school. 2) It illustrates the attractive logic tender to the Muslim student in secondary school. 3) It explains the impact of relationship within the Muslim and Christian student secondary school which later converts the Muslim student to Christianity. 4) It clarifies the weak level understanding of Islamic Religion of the Muslim student Parent which result to their children converting to Christianity. This research uses descriptive method which is suitable for this kind of research and questionnaire was distribute within 100 Teachers then it was filled. It results was as follow: 1) The Christianity propagating activities within Government Secondary School prompt the interest of Muslim Student. 2) The Christianity logic and movement (supporting both financially and academically) increases the Muslim Student awareness to the Extend that they convert. 3) Open relationship within Muslim and Christianity it awakes the Feeling of Muslim towards the Christianity Religion. This research also illustrates some important advice hence it is as follows: 1) Parent should promote the study of Arabic & Islamic study both academically and socially before reaching the adolescent stage. 2) The Islamic organization should support the Muslim Student fully most especially he needy ones. 3) The Islamic Association should focus the request of the Muslim Student.
