هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر توظيف استراتيجيات التقويم الواقعي (استراتيجية تقويم الأقران) في تنمية البراعة الرياضية لاتجاهات الرياضيات العالمية (TIMSS) لدى طالبات الصف الرابع الابتدائي بجدة. ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، لأجل ذلك أعدت الباحثة دليلًا للمعلم للتدريس باستخدام استراتيجية تقويم الأقران، واختبار البراعة الرياضية ومقياس الرغبة المنتجة. تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (67) طالبة في الصف الرابع الابتدائي من المدرسة الابتدائية (17) بجدة، حيث قُسمت عينة الدراسة إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية (35 طالبة) وضابطة (32 طالبة). وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، توصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر دال لاستراتيجيات التقويم الواقعي (تقويم الأقران) في تنمية البراعة الرياضية والرغبة المنتجة لدى طالبات الصف الرابع الابتدائي، حيث بلغت قيمة "إيتا2" (0.889 ، 0.916) على الترتيب. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بضرورة توظيف استراتيجيات تقويم الواقعي كبديل لأساليب التقويم التقليدي في تقويم أداء الطلبة. This research aimed to identify the effect of employing realistic evaluation Strategies in developing mathematical proficiency of trends in international mathematics (TIMSS) for 4th grads in Jeddah. And to achieve the goal of the research the researcher used experimental research methods with experimental and control group design. For this purpose, the researcher prepared a guide for the teacher, to teach using a peer assessment strategy, Mathematical Proficiency test, and Productive Disposition Scale. The study sample consisted of (67) students in 4th grade of primary school (17), which was divided into two groups: experimental (35 Students) and control (32 Students). And using appropriate statistical methods, the result showed that there is a significant effect of realistic evaluation strategies (Peer Evaluation) in developing mathematical proficiency and productive disposition for 4th grad students, where the value of “Eta2” is (0.889, 0.976) respectively. In the light of research result, the researcher recommended the employing realistic evaluation strategies as an alternative to traditional evaluation methods in evaluating student performance.
