The importance of research has emerged through the creation of individuals distinguished by more positive trends towards the teaching profession that will raise the professional performance of the teacher, and the achievement of its results from a precise scientific point of view from a sophisticated global system (fina test system), and included the problem of research on the existence of a difference in performance and trend towards a profession teaching the lesson of sports education despite the developments in the educational system, which the researchers wanted through this study to know the quality of the trends of teachers of sports education towards the teaching profession in light of their experience and level of age to identify the most important obstacles to the progress of sports activities the two researchers used the descriptive curriculum on a sample of (30) teachers of physical education in Basra province and for ages (25-42), the sample was selected in a deliberate manner, and the researchers used the action-oriented and well-developed testing test in selections in the Vienna testing system for evaluation and psychological examination at the sports psychology laboratory at Basra University, and after conducting the tests and collecting the results, the researchers found significant differences between the level of performance of the ages (31-36), the level of performance for ages (25-30) and (37-42) and for the benefit of the level of performance of the ages (31-36), as well as the differences of moral significance between the level of ambition for ages (25-30) and the level of ambition for ages (31-36) and (37-42) and for the benefit of the level of ambition for ages (25-30), and the existence of significant differences of moral significance between the motivation of achievement for ages (25-30), motivation for achievement for ages (31-36), and (37-42) and for the benefit of the achievement drive for ages (25-30), the researchers recommended the introduction of teachers of sports education in courses development of the subject of sports education, which plays an essential role in the development of positive trends towards the teaching profession, and the provision of sports and educational means and arenas dedicated to sports to help the teacher to do his educational duty in the best conditions, and therefore it pours in the service of his direction towards his profession, and the introduction of youth energies (new graduates) for their leading role in the development of the educational process.
