يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك طالبات الصف الرابع الإعدادي لمهارات التفكير المحوري وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي ولتحقيق هدف البحث، وأختبار فرضياته، استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي وأعدت الباحثة اختبارا لقياس مهارات التفكير المحوري تألف من (30) فقرة موزعة على مهارات التفكيرالمحوري وهي: (مهارات التركيز، مهارة جمع المعلومات، مهارة التذكر، مهارة تنظيم المعلومات، مهارة التحليل، مهارة التوليد، مهارة التكامل، مهارة التقويم). تحققت الباحثة من صدق الإختبار وبثبات قدره (87%)، وأعدت الباحثة اختبار في مادة الرياضيات لقياس التحصيل الدراسي تكون من (30) فقرة تناولت الإختيار من متعدد وكانت قيمته الثبات قدره (89%) وبعد تطبيق اإلختبار على عينة البحث المؤلفة من (150) طالبة من طالبات الصف الرابع الإعدادي ومعالجة البيانات إحصائياً وتوصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) امتلاك طالبات الصف الرابع الاعدادي (عينة البحث) لمهارات التفكير المحوري في الرياضيات بمستوى جيد. 2) امتلاك طالبات الصف الرابع الاعدادي (عينة البحث) لتحصيل الدراسي في مادة الرياضيات. 3) توجد علاقة طردية بين مهارات التفكير المحوري وتحصيل الدراسي في مادة الرياضيات. The aims is to identify the extent to which fourth-grade students possess the skills of pivotal thinking and their relationship to academic achievement and to achieve the goal of the research, and to test the hypotheses, the researcher used the descriptive research methodology and the researcher prepared a test to measure the skills of pivotal thinking consisting of (30) items distributed on the skills of pivotal thinking: Concentration skills, information gathering skill, remembering skill, information organizing skill, analysis skill, generation skill, integration skill, evaluation skill), the researcher verified the validity of the test and the stability of (87%), and the researcher prepared a test in mathematics to measure the achievement Study consists of (30) items dealing with multiple choice and the value of stability (89%) After applying the test on the research sample consisting of (150) female students of the fourth grade preparatory and data processing statistically and the researcher reached the following results: 1) The fourth grade preparatory students (research sample) possess the skills of pivotal thinking in mathematics at a good level. 2) The possession of the fourth grade preparatory students (research sample) for the achievement of study in mathematics. 3) There is a direct relationship between the axial thinking skills and academic achievement in mathematics.
