حاولت الدراسة التحقق من فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية الذكاء الروحي لدى طالبات الجامعة. وتكونت الدراسة من (24) من الطالبات بكلية التربية بجامعة الجوف. وقامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الذكاء الروحي وحساب خصائصه السيكومترية وتصميم الربنامج الإرشادي. وأوضحت النتائج فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي في تنمية الذكاء الروحي لدى المشاركات المجموعة التجريبية مقارنة بأقرانهن في المجموعة الضابطة. كما جرى تم الإستدلال على استمرارية نتائج التدخل من خلال عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والتتبعي للذكاء الروحي. This study attempted to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program to develop spiritual intelligence among female university students. The sample consisted of (24) female students at the faculty of education, Al-Jouf University. The researcher has designed the Spiritual Intelligence Scale and analysed its psychometric properties, and a Counseling Program. Results showed that the counseling program was effective in developing spiritual intelligence among the female participants in the experimental group compared to their counterparts in the control one. Additionally, the durability of the intervention was evidenced through the absence of significant differences between the mean scores attained by the experimental group on the post- and follow-up tests of spiritual intelligence.
