هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على المناخ التنظيمي السائد في المدارس الثانوية في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وكشف تأثير متغيرات الدراسة (التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبة) على إجابات أفراد العينة لتحديد المناخ التنظيمي السائد في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم. باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي ومقياس هالبن وكروفت الذي يتكون من ثمانية أبعاد اربع أبعاد لقياس سلوك القائدة (العزلة، التركيز على الانتاجية، المراعاة، القدوة) وأربع أبعاد لقياس سلوك المعلمات ( الألفة، الانتماء، التفكك، العائق) كأداة لجمع البيانات من افراد العينة التي تكونت من 340 معلمة في المدارس الثانوية في منطقة القصيم. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المناخ التنظيمي السائد في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم يمارس بدرجة متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات المعلمات عينة الدراسة حول المناخ التنظيمي السائد في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية فيما يتعلق بسلوك القائدة ترجع لاختلاف التخصص. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات المعلمات عينة الدراسة حول المناخ التنظيمي السائد في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية فيما يتعلق بسلوك المعلمة بالنسبة لأبعاد (التفكك، الألفة، الانتماء) ترجع لاختلاف التخصص، بينما هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.05 في حالة بعد العائق والفروق لصالح المعلمات من التخصصات العلمية. ولا توجد فروق في استجابات المعلمات مختلفي سنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبة حول المناخ التنظيمي فيما يتعلق بسلوك القائدة، بينما في حالة المناخ التنظيمي فيما يتعلق بسلوك المعلمة توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استجابات المعلمات مختلفي سنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبة. The current study aimed at identifying the prevailing organizational climate in Qassim region secondary schools from the viewpoints of the teachers and revealing the effect of the study variables (specialization, experience, training courses) on the responses of the study participants in order to determine the prevailing organizational climate in Qassim region secondary schools. The study made use of the descriptive method for fulfilling its purpose. Halben and Crovette scale, which consists of eight dimensions, four dimensions for assessing the behaviors of the leader (isolation, focus on productivity, consideration, modeling) and four dimensions for assessing the behavior of the participants (familiarity, belonging, disintegration, obstacles) was adopted as an instrument for collecting the study data from the participants (totaling 340 female teachers in Qassim region secondary schools). The results of the study revealed that the prevailing organizational climate in Qassim region secondary schools is average. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study participants concerning the prevailing organizational climate due to the specialization. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study participants concerning the prevailing organizational climate in relation to the behavior of the participants concerning the dimensions of (disintegration, familiarity, belonging) due to the specialization. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers with different years of experience and training courses concerning the organizational climate with respect to the leading behavior. However, there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study participants with different years of experience and training courses with respect to the teacher's behavior.
