هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لطلبة قسم الرياضيات-المعلمين خلال مدة التطبيق. قامت الباحثتان بإعداد إستبانة للاحتياجات التدريبية، وقد استخرج للاستبانة صدقها وثباتها، وأصبحت الاستبانة تتكون بصيغتها النهائية من (57) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات وهي: (التخطيط للتدريس مادة الرياضيات، إدارة الصف، أساليب التدريس، الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة في الرياضيات، الجانب المعرفي لمادة الرياضيات، تقويم تدريس الرياضيات)، وبعد ذلك جرى تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة البحث البالغ عددهم (131) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة- المعلمين، قسم الرياضيات في كليات التربية الأساسية من الجامعة المستنصرية وجامعة ميسان، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استعملت الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والاختبار التائي (t-test) لعينتين مستقلتين، أظهرت نتائج البحث: 1) توجد (50) حاجة تدريبية لطلبة قسم الرياضيات- المعلمين خلال مدة التطبيق. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.0) في متوسط تقدير طلبة قسم الرياضيات- المعلمين في درجة احتياجاتهم التدريبية لكل مجال من مجالات الاستبانة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمرحلة التي يطبق فيها طلبة قسم الرياضيات- المعلمين. في ضوء نتائج البحث، قدمت الباحثتان بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لغرض القيام ببحوث ودراسات لاحقة. This study aims at identifying The Training Needs for the student of The Department of Mathematics during the period of application. researcher Teachers prepared a questionnaire for training needs, we have produced questionnaire of the validity and the reliability, The questionnaire becomes final form is composed of (55) items divided in to (6) field (planning for teaching mathematics item, management of class, methods of, teaching media used in mathematics, mathematics content, Evaluation of Teaching Mathematics). Then the questionnaire was applied on the research sample consists of (120) students from the fourth stage- Teachers, the Department of Mathematics of basic education colleges of Mustansiriyah University and Maysan University. To achieve the aim of the research, use the following: statistical means, standard deviations, Independent-samples (t-test), Research results showed to teachers: 1) There are (50) training needs for the students of the Department of Mathematics- during the period of application. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the mean the estimation of the students of the mathematics department - teachers’ field of questionnaire due to gender variables and the stage in which apply the students of the mathematics department teachers. In the light of the results of the research, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions for the purpose of doing research and subsequent studies. (Published abstract)
