ھدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة قائدات مدارس محافظة القنفذة للقيادة التشاركية وأثرھا على مستوى الأداء المدرسي بمدارس البنات بمحافظة القنفذة من وجھة نظر المعلمات، وتم استخدام المنھج الوصفي الارتباطــي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات التعليم العام بمحافظة القنفذة والبالغ عددھم (3246) معلمة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (326) معلمة، واستخدمت استبانة مكونة من (52) فقرة لجمع البيانات وموزعة على محورين مجال القيادة التشاركية 30 فقرة ومجال الأداء المدرسي 23 فقرة، وأظھرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة قائدات مدارس محافظة القنفذة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4,06)، واتضح أن مجال العلاقات الإنسانية جاء في المرتبة الأولى، ثم مجال صنع القرار ثم مجال التخطيط ثم مجال تفويض السلطة، وتشير النتائج أيضاً إلى أن الأداء المدرسي بمحافظة القنفذة من وجھة نظر المعلمات جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,01 بين ممارسة قائدات المدارس في محافظة القنفذة للقيادة التشاركية وبين مستوى الأداء المدرسي، وأخيراً أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن (العلاقات الإنسانية) ھي أكثر المجالات تأثيراً في مستوى الأداء المدرسي. The study aimed to find out the degree of practicing of the girls schools leaders of Qunfudah governorate for participatory leadership and its effect on school performance at girls' schools at Qunfudah governorate from the teachers' point of view. It also aimed to find out the influence of participatory leadership of the schools leaders of Qunfudah governorate and its impact on school performance from the teachers' point of view. In addition, it aimed to find out to what extent if there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample related to the variables: - Educational stage, years of experience, specialization and the training courses.The researcher followed the descriptive correlation approach and the study community consisted of all teachers at the public schools in Qunfudah governorate. The study was applied upon a random sample of (326) female teachers. A questionnaire consists of (52) sections was used to collect all data. The results obtained from the study show us that the degree of practicing of the leaders of the schools of Qunfudah governorate came to a great extent with an average of (4.06). We found that the field of human relationships came at the first, then the decision-making field, then the planning field and the field authority delegation came at the last. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the practice of school leaders in Qunfudah governorate for participatory leadership and the level of school performance. The results show that the human relationships field is the field that has the most influence on the school performance. The researcher recommends that the school leaders should practice participatory leadership. (Published abstract)
