The research aimed at revealing the relationship between job satisfaction and the motive of achievement of the teachers of intellectual schools in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, as well as trying to reveal the differences between those teachers in both countries, regarding the level of job satisfaction and the achievement motive, the sample of the study reached (136) teacher (females & males) from Cairo in Egypt divided to (37) teachers males, (37) teachers females from the eastern zone in Saudi Arabia, divided to (39) male teachers, (23) females according to the Job satisfaction scale (prepared by the researcher) and the scale of achievement (prepared by the researcher). The results were that there is a positive statistical relationship between the individuals of the sample in the job satisfaction scale and their degrees on the scale of the achievement, also there are results of the presence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the teachers of intellectual schools in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, on both the scales of job satisfaction and the achievement motive for the sake of the Egyptian sample.
