This study sought to reveal the most important practicing problems of the teaching staff in teaching skills in the Parallel Education at Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University from point of view of post Graduate Students. A sample of the study was formed of (145) students from post graduate students (Parallel) 14321433/, who were randomly chosen. In order to collect the necessary information for the study, the researcher designed a Questionnaire comprises (59) item distributed on axis in unequal form. Certainty of the truthfulness of the tool was implemented by scientific method. In order to analyze the study data, the researcher used descriptive statistics, such as repetition, percentage, calculating average, standard deviations as well as mono and tripartite contrast analysis. The study reached to a number of results most of which are: The problem pertaining to rectification shows that it is the least in practice by the Teaching staff in teaching skills in the parallel education at Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University from point of view of the post graduate students. The problem which is connected with using technology comes in the second class in practice of the teaching staff the in teaching skills from point of view of the post graduate students. The study revealed that following of old educational pattern as dominant pattern, which has negative affect in the learning process and only mere a delivery teaching technique without practicing modern teaching strategies. Nothingness of differences of statistical significance within the responses of the study sample about availability of problems which could hinder the teaching staff from practicing teaching skills, also in the total degree of the problems is ascribed to the variation of the sample of individuals› specialties.
