هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف أثر استخدام التكنولوجيا على الابداع الإداري لدى القادة الإداريين العاملين في جامعة اليرموك من وجهة نظرهم. ولغرض تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطوير إستبانة تكونت بسورتها النهائية من 22 فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 86 من القادة الإداريين العاملين في جامعة اليرموك، للعام الدراسي 2008-2009م. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تقدير أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الإبداع الإداري من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين جاءت ضمن درجة تقدير كبيرة، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند تعزى لمتغيري الكلية والمسمى الوظيفي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة مستوى الدلالة α=0.05. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ونظم المعلومات الإدارية عن طريق النشرات الدورية والدورات التدريبية مع وضع خطط مرحلية قائمة على نتائج الأبحاث والدراسات حول هذا الموضوع. Study aimed to examine the impact of the use of technology in the creation of the administrative leaders of administrative staff at Yarmouk University, from their point of view. For the purpose of achieving the objective of the study, the researchers developed as the final Questionnaire consisted of (22) by paragraph, was to make sure its sincerity to the test, and formed the study sample (86) of the leaders of administrative workers at Yarmouk University for the academic year 2008/2009 m. The study found that the degree of appreciation of the impact of the use of information technology on innovation management from the viewpoint of the administrative leaders at the University of Yarmouk in the assessment of a large degree, and that there is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (>0.05) due to Magee college, the so-called career, and a statistically significant difference attributable to a variable number of years of experience, especially between the response of the administrative leaders who are 5-10 years of experience, and who experience more than 10 years, on the other for the more experienced of 10 years, the study recommended the need to disseminate the culture of information technology and management information systems through leaflets and training courses with the development of plans based on progress and results of research studies on the subject.
