تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة التربية والتعليم للبنات بمدينة الرياض والتعرف على معوقات تطبيقها وكذلك الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة بالنسبة لواقع تطبيق خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة التربية والتعليم للبنات بمدينة الرياض ومعوقات تطبيقها . وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من (100) موظفة من موظفات الإدارات التابعة لإدارة التربية والتعليم بالرياض وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تطبيق خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة ومعيقات تطبيقها في إدارة التربية والتعليم للبنات بمدينة الرياض تبعا لمتغير نوع الوظيفة وسنوات الخدمة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة بالنسبة لواقع تطبيق خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة التربية والتعليم للبنات بمدينة الرياض تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة لأهم العوامل المعيقة لتطبيقها تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي. توصيات الدراسة: تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم نماذج مقترحة للمنظمة المتعلمة وتطبيقها على إدارات التربية والتعليم .وضع مقاييس للأداء على جميع المستويات ومتابعتها باستمرار مثل استخدام بطاقات الأداء المتوازن. The study aims to identify the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh city and identify the obstacles of their application as well as the differences of statistical significance among the sample of the study regarding the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh city. The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study. A sample of (100) female employees of the departments of the Department of Education in Riyadh was selected and the study concluded the following results: 1) There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample members on the reality of applying the characteristics of the educational organization and the obstacles to its application in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh according to the variable type of job and years of service. 2) There are statistically significant differences among the sample of the study regarding the reality of applying the characteristics of the educated organization in the administration of education for girls in Riyadh due to the variable of scientific qualification. 3) There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members of the most important factors impeding their application due to the variable of scientific qualification. Study Recommendations: 1) The Ministry of Education adopts proposed models for the educated organization and applies them to the education departments. 2) Setting performance standards at all levels and continuously monitoring them such as using balanced performance cards.
