The study aimed to identify the current reality of the University's role in community service and the care of people with special needs, and to identify the actual needs of the disabled, the building depicting the proposed role of the University in the Community area and care for the disabled, and the sample of the study consisted of [200] University students with special needs in Egypt, the researcher used descriptive study questionnaire, adopted the "preparation", and the results of the study showed : You must enable university students with special needs to participate in University activities are commensurate with their abilities, allowing the University to participation in decision-making and industry related services, you must also provide educational programs to suit their abilities, that the University buildings and accessories ready and appropriate for their circumstances, should contribute to the University in community education to change attitudes towards them, make awards, approximate to outstanding students and gifted students with special needs, activating the role of psychological counseling centers in universities, seminars Addressed to members of the community, as well as advice.
