This study aimed to detect the degree of satisfaction of educational Diploma students with the performance of the faculty members in the Islamic Education and comparison Department at Umm al-Qura University, as well as specifying the extent of agreement or disagreement among their responses according to the four variables of the study: Specialization, the student rate, age, work. The study used the descriptive method through a questionnaire applied to a random cluster sample; (240) from the Educational Diploma students in the academic year 34-1435A.H. After standardizing the questionnaire and analyzing responses statistically using: averages, standard deviations, T-tests, ANOVA and Scheffe, the study reached several conclusions, including: the Educational Diploma students at the University of Umm Al-Qura had a great satisfaction with the performance of the faculty members in the Islamic Education and comparison Department in total, there were no statistically significant differences among the scores of Diploma students satisfaction on most of questionnaire axes, while there were differences on the axis of: dealing with the students in the direction of students with the highest grades, on the axis of: the teacher ethics in the direction of the two categories of younger students, and on the axes of: teaching methods, evaluation methods, and the employment of technology in the educational process in the direction of the students who do not have work.
