The training of the employee is considered as a fuel of the machine as it develops and increases in productivity and eliminates the errors and abuses during the course of the process and this study comes to determine Training Requirements of teachers of secondary Schools at Zulfi Governorate, Saudi Arabia. The present study aims at identifying the views of teachers in the province of Zulfi about their training requirements while working in addition to verification of significant statistical differences according to the variables of the study as well as the development of training programs for the development of and training in all its aspects. This study seeks at answering a fundamental question about training requirements of teachers of secondary schools in Zulfi province followed several questions has been applied to the field portion during the second semester of the academic year 14351436AH. Descriptive analytical method was applied performance at (100) teachers representing all study population. The study concluded the following results: There are no significant differences about sex variable and Specialization., There are significant differences about Education variable between the owners of at least Qualification need for continuous training. There are statistically significant differences on years of experience with more than a few years of experience. The study recommended the need to build methodological tools to estimate training requirements of teachers of secondary school in Zulfi in addition to standing on educational innovations and contemporary world, as well as a continuous evaluation of the training programs for teachers and teachers’ continuous training according to international modern styles in training.
