هدف البحث الكشف عن أهم أسس تمويل التعليم الجامعي ومحدداته. والوقوف على أهم الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في تمويل التعليم الجامعي لوضع تصور مقترد للموارد البديلة للتمويل بجامعة تبوك في ضوء بعا الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة للدراسة الميدانية، تطبيقها على عينة ممثلة قدرها 250 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك. كان من أهم نتائج البحث تطبيق نظام الجامعة المنتجة التي تتفاعل إيجابيا مع المجتمع، والتوسع في برامج الدبلومات بكليات الجامعة وفروعها بالأقاليم لكي تسهم في تمويل الجامعة، ترشيد الإنفاذ من خلال الربط بين الموارد المتاحة واستغلالها بكفاءة عن طريق التخطيط الجيد للموارد البشرية والمادية بالجامعة، وبناء أوقاف للجامعة واستثمارها لصالح الجامعة. The purpose of this research to explore the most important principles and criteria of funding the university education. It also aims to looking deep into the contemporary worldly directions in funding the university education in order to set a clear and recommended insight for the alternative resources for funding at the University of Tabuk in the light of some contemporary and worldly directions. This research uses the descriptive method as well as using questionnaires as a tool for the field study and it has been applied to a sample of 250 members of Tabuk University. One of the research core findings is the implementation of the university productive system, which positively interact with the society. In addition, the expanding of the diploma programs at Tabuk university colleges and the branches colleges will contribute to funding the university and rationalize spending. That is done by linking between the available resources and taking advantage of them effectively via good planning of human financial resources at the university. Also, creating a charity center and investing in it for the sake of the university. (Published abstract)
