The present study aimed at designing a proposed program based on TRIZ and Brain Based Learning theories to develop some scientific research skills, namely, concluding, deduction, interpretation, discussion and problem solving. An experimental group third year biology majors at Faculty of Education in Cairo Al Azhar University participated as an experimental group of the study in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. To investigate the effectiveness of the proposed program, scientific research skills questionnaire was utilized. The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the suggested program in developing scientific research skills among study participants. The study recommended that the academic program of the student teachers at faculties of education should include scientific research skills syllabuses to functionally enhance such skills.
