اقتصرت هذه الدراسة على البحث في مدى ممارسة وواقع الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي في برامج التربية الخاصة (ضعاف السمع) للبنين بمدينة الدمام. وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام 1439 ه -1440هـ على برامج ضعاف السمع للبنين بمدينة الدمام، حيث يبلغ عددها 5 بمدينة الدمام واقتصر تطبيق أداة الدراسة على جميع مجتمع الدراسة وعددهم (228) معلما يعملون من الطلبة ذوي الضعف السمعي ببرامج ضعاف السمع للبنين بمدينة الدمام. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية: التعرف على واقع ممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي ببرامج ضعاف السمع، وكذلك التعرف على مستوى معرفة العاملين في برامج ضعاف السمع لمفهومي الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي في برامج ضعاف السمع، وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما هو واقع ممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي ببرامج ضعاف السمع للبنين بمدينة الدمام؟ وتم الوصول لعديد من النتائجأن واقع ممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي ببرامج ضعاف السمع منخفض الى حد كبير وهناك قلة في الوعي لأهمية الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي من قبل مدراء المدارس، كذلك مخاوف المعلمين من ممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي بشكل واضح وملحوظ في ظل غياب التشريع الملزم بممارسة الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي ببرامج ضعاف السمع وقلة المخصصات المالية التي تدعم الاستشارة والعمل الجماعي في البرامج. This study was investigated, in particular, the extent of practicing and the reality of consulting and team work in boys’ Programs for the hearing impaired in Dammam. It has been applied on them there with total of 5 programs in the second semester in 1439H-1440H. The study tool was used on the whole research community which are 228 teachers who work with disabled students in boys’ Programs for the hearing impaired in Dammam city This study aims to achieve the following objectives: Identifying the reality of practicing consulting and team work in Programs for the hearing impaired and recognizing level of knowledge among staff who work in Programs for the hearing impaired about the concepts of consulting and team work. In addition to, recognizing the level of practicing consulting and team work in hearing loos This study tries to answer the key question of the reality of practicing consulting and team work in Programs for the hearing impaired in Dammam, Number of results related to the research questions has been found the reality of consulting and team work of Programs for the hearing impaired is very low The reality of consulting and team work of Programs for the hearing impaired is very low Lack of awareness is shown by the school principals toward the importance of counseling and teamwork The teachers’ fears from practicing counseling and team work are Cristal clear The absence of binding legislation in practicing counseling and team work in Programs for the hearing impaired The lack of financial allocations that may support the consultation and teamwork in the programs.
