The current research aimed at identifying the skills required by the learning-resources centers' specialists in Saudi Arabia to design online courses via the Web and the availability of skills they have from their point of view. To achieve the research objectives and to answer his questions, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (6) components and (64) items. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (40) learning resources centers' specialists. The research concluded with a number of results. The following are the most important: Learning resources centers' specialists web e-courses design skills are moderately available. The overall average of respondents' responses on the questionnaire's items were (2.21). There were no statistically significant differences on the average response of learning resources centers' specialists at the level of (0.05) attributed to (years of experience, qualification, training courses and geographical areas). Based on these results, some recommendations were suggested. (Published abstract)
