هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس وعلاقتها بالأداء المدرسي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (375) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، حيث تألفت من قسمين: الأول: لقياس عمليات إدارة المعرفة، وتكون من (39) فقرة، والثاني: لقياس مستوى الأداء المدرسي، وتكون من (25) فقرة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس جاء كالآتي: حيث جاء كل من تخطيط المعرفة، وتنظيم المعرفة في المرتبة الأولى، وتوجيه المعرفة في المرتبة الثانية، بينما جاء تطبيق المعرفة واعتمادها في المرتبة الأخيرة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة إدارة المعرفة تعزى لمتغير: الجنس، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات الخدمة، المؤهل العلمي. وأن مستوى الأداء المدرسي جاء كبيرا، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تحديد درجة الأداء المدرسي تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والخدمة، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى للمؤهل. وبينت الدراسة وجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائيا بين إدارة المعرفة وبين الأداء المدرسي في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية. This study aims to recognize the degree of knowledge management practice among school principals. It was conducted in Irbid from the point of view of school teachers and their relation to school performance. The descriptive associative method was used to aid our study. We depend on random samples that consist of (375) teachers with both genders. We applied the study over public schools in the ministry of education in Irbid governorate. The questionnaire was used to collect study information. It consists of two parts; the first part consisted of (39) items to measure knowledge management processes, while the second part consisted of (25) items to measure the level of school performance. The results have showed that the knowledge planning and the knowledge organization have located at the first level. The knowledge orientation was the next in the second level. The knowledge implementation and adoption has found in the last level. Also, the result has showed that there were significant statistical differences in the degree of knowledge management practice according to the gender variable. Our research proves that there was a positive statistically relation between the knowledge management and the school performance in all fields and total degree. (Published abstract)
