هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فتح باب جديد غير معهود يحقق فوائد كثيرة في ساحة التعليم والتربية على المستوى الجامعي، وذلك لو تمت العناية الصادقة بالقضية التي ركز هذا البحث عليها، وكشف السبل الناجحة إلى تحقيقها، وهي قضية تحقيق التكامل بين الحكمة والعلوم النظرية والتطبيقية التي تدرس في الجامعات، وقد أوجز البحث تعريف الحكمة لغة واصطلاحا، ثم درس الطرق والأساليب التي ينبغي اتخاذها لتحقيق هذا التكامل، معتمدا في ذلك على مقابلات علمية ثرة جرت مع خبراء راسخين في مجال التعليم والتربية، عاملين في العديد من الجامعات المعتمدة داخل ماليزيا وخارجها، وقد بلغ تعدادهم 15 خبيراً، وقد عرضنا أفكارهم وآراءهم حول مسألة التكامل، وقدموا أجوبة موضوعية جديرة بالاهتمام، وحرص البحث في الخاتمة على تقديم اقتراح حول التكامل، مستخلصا من تلك المقابلات جميعها، ويحاول هذا البحث إحداث تغيير منهجي هادف في منظومة التعليم والمنهج المتعارف عليه في الجامعات، وهو جسر العبور نحو التجديد في التعليم والتربية على منهج رصين يستمد قوته من الحكمة الراشدة. The main objective of this study is to discover the ways of integrating wisdom in university theoretical and applied subjects. The study was conducted by interviewing 15 experts in several fields and areas of education; in order to widely find out difficulties and problems that can stand in the way of achieving this educational desire. The researchers adopted a descriptive and analytical approach to seeking data for the two research questions postulated for the study. The findings of this study suggest that the integration of wisdom in university subjects could be achieved in human sciences by relating them to their main objectives and goals, and definitions and meanings of wisdom. Furthermore, teachers should focus on giving the opportunities to students to acquire the critical thinking based on judgment and discussion, while in applied sciences; the wisdom could be integrated into applied practices to the benefit of humanity in order to create a better world.
