هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم ومراحل التأهيل التربوي للجانحات في الإسلام، وواقع التأهيل التربوي للجانحات في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومدى تطبيق سجون مدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة لمعايير التربية الإسلامية في تأهيل الجانحات تربوياً، واعتمد منهج الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي القائم على استخراج المبادئ والأساليب التربوية مـن نصوص القرآن والسنة والسيرة النبوية، كما اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي المسحي الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات الميدانية في صورة استبيان، واشتملت فصول الدراسة على خمسة فصول ، الفصل التمهيدي : تضمن خطة الدراسة ، والفصل الأول : تضمن التأهيل التربوي للجانحات في الإسلام ، وأما الفصل الثاني : تضمن مراحل التأهيل التربوي للجانحات في الإسلام ، والفصل الثالث تضمن واقع التأهيل التربوي للجانحات في المملكة العربية السعودية ، أما الفصل الرابع فتضمن : الجانب الميداني للدراسة ، ثم كانت الخاتمة بعرض النتائج والتوصيات .وبناء على تحليل الإجابات واختبار صحة فروض الدراسة، توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) أن سجون مدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة يعملان على تطبيق معايير التربية الإسلامية في تأهيل الجانحات تربوياً، وذلك بتفاوت متباين بين البرامج التأهيلية التربوية الأعلى تطبيقاً بين الأخصائيات داخل هذه السجون. 2) أن سجون مدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة يعملان على تطبيق معايير التربية الإسلامية في تأهيلهن تربوياً، وذلك بتفاوت متباين بين برامج التأهيل الأكثر تأثيراً في تربيتهن داخل هذه السجون، حيث كان برنامج التأهيل الديني والأخلاقي أكثرهن تأثيرا على الجانحات.3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجانحات اللاتي مررن ببرامج تأهيلية تربوية أثناء مكوثهن داخل سجون مدينتي مكة المكرمة وجدة، وبين الجانحات اللاتي لم يمررن بمثل هذه البرامج أثناء مكوثهن داخل هذه السجون، حيث كان ذلك لصالح الجانحات اللاتي مررن ببرامج التأهيل التربوي أثناء مكوثهن داخل هذه السجون .4) تفعيل برنامج التأهيل الجسمي داخل السجون بشكل أكبر، بتعيين أخصائيات في التغذية، لتقديم التغذية المتوازنة والصحية المتناسبة مع الحاجة الصحية لكل جانحة .5) تفعيل برامج التأهيل التربوي ذات الأثر النفسي الترويحي، والصحي الإيجابي، على الجانحات ، وخاصة تلك التي تُعنى بالنشاط الرياضي. The study aimed to identify the concept and stages of educational qualification for female wingers in Islam, the reality of the educational qualification of female wingers in Saudi Arabia, and the extent to which the prisons of the cities of Makkah and Jeddah applied to the standards of Islamic education in the rehabilitation of educational delinquents. The text of the Qur'aan and Sunnah and the Prophet's biography was also based on the descriptive descriptive approach, which is based on the collection of field data in the form of a questionnaire. The chapters included five chapters. The introductory chapter includes the study plan. Educational for the rehabilitation of shelters for delinquent girls in Islam, and the second chapter: ensure that educational qualification stages of the shelters for delinquent girls in Islam, and the third quarter included the reality of educational rehabilitation shelters for delinquent girls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chapter IV guarantees the: field side of the study, was then the conclusion presented the findings and recommendations. Based on the analysis of the answers and the validity of the hypotheses of the study, the researcher reached the following results: 1) that the prisons of the cities of Makkah and Jeddah are working to apply the standards of Islamic education in the rehabilitation of delinquents educational, and the difference between different educational programs higher educational application among female specialists within these prisons. 2) that the prisons of the cities of Makkah and Jeddah are working to apply the standards of Islamic education in educational rehabilitation, and the difference between the rehabilitation programs most influential in their upbringing in these prisons, where the program of religious and moral rehabilitation most affected the delinquents. 3) There are statistically significant differences between delinquents who passed educational rehabilitation programs during their stay in the prisons of the cities of Makkah and Jeddah, and among the delinquents who did not pass such programs while they were in these prisons, for the benefit of delinquents who passed educational rehabilitation programs during their stay inside these prisons. 4) Activate the physical rehabilitation program in the prisons more, by appointing nutritionists, to provide nutrition balanced and health commensurate with the health needs of each patient. 5) Activating educational rehabilitation programs with psychological, recreational, and positive health effects on delinquents, especially those concerned with sports activity.
