هدفت الدراسة تعًّرف مفهوم المناخ المدرسي، وأهميته، والعوامل المؤثرة فيه، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الأسس النظرية لأخلاقيات مجتمع المعرفة، وأخيراً استعراض متطلبات تهيئة المناخ المدرسي لتنمية أخلاقيات مجتمع المعرفة، وكيف يمكن تحقيق هذه المتطلبات. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف هذه العناصر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المناخ المدرسي يلعب دورا كبيرا في توفير الجو الأخلاقي الإيجابي للمدرسة، ومن نتائج الدراسة أن الحوار العلمي يصقل قدرات العقل لدى الطلاب وينمى إبداعاتهم، كما يساعد في تنمية السلوك التعليمي، كالمشاركة الفاعلة والإيجابية، يعمل العمل الجماعي على تشجيع المبادرات، وتقديم الاقتراحات، مما يؤدي إلى تحفيز القدرات الإبداعية والمواهب الذاتية لدى الطلاب، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إكساب مهارات جديدة للطلاب، أهمها مهارات تجميع المعلومات وتنظيمها وتحليلها وتلخيصها وتخزينها بطريقة تسمح باسترجاعها بسهولة وقت الحاجة واستخلاص النتائج منها، وبناء معارف جديدة بالاعتماد عليها. The study aimed to identify the concept of the school climate, its importance and the factors influencing it. It also aimed to know the basics of the theory of ethics of the knowledge society and finally to review the requirements of creating the school environment for developing the ethics of the knowledge society. A descriptive approach was used to describe these elements. The study concluded that the school atmosphere plays a big role in providing the positive moral atmosphere of the school. The results of the study show that the scientific dialogue sharpens the abilities of the students' minds and develops their creations. It also helps in the development of educational behavior as active and positive participation. Collective work encourages initiatives, Which led to the stimulation of creative abilities and self-talent of students, and the study found the need to provide new skills for students, the most important skills of information collection, organization, analysis, summarization and storage in a way that allows retrieval easily when needed and draw The results of them, and build new knowledge relying on them.
