هدفت هذة الدراسة إلى تقييم تدريس معلمي مهارات الحاسوب للصف الأول الثانوي في المدارس الحكومية بقصبة السلط بالأردن في ضوء معايير التدريس الفعال، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدارس الثانوية في قصبة السلط والبالغ عددها (39) مدرسة منها (19) مدرسة ذكور، و(20) مدرسة إناث، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية (10) ذكور، و(10) إناث. تم استخدام أداة (بطاقة ملاحظة)، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وقد احتوت البطاقة على (53) معيارا موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات رئيسة (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم)، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة الى أن المستوى العام لتدريس معلمي مادة مهارات الحاسوب للصف الأول الثانوي في مدارس قصبة السلط كان متوسطا بشكل عام، وكان مرتفعا في مجال التخطيط، ومتوسطا في مجالي التنفيذ والتقويم. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في تقييم تدريس معلمي مادة مهارات الحاسوب على مجال التخطيط تبعا لمتغير (الجنس)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، ولم تكن هناك فروق في مجالي التنفيذ والتقويم. This study aimed to evaluate teacher’s delivery of computer skills course for the first grade secondary in Al-Salt district schools in light of effective teaching standards. The study population consisted of all government secondary schools in al-salt district, which were (39) schools: (19) male’s schools and (20) female’s schools. The study sample consisted of (20) male and female teachers randomly selected (10) male, and (10) female. To achieve the purpose of the study a tool was developed (an observation card).the observation card and the analysis of the documents were built according to the effective teaching standards for computer teachers, and their validity and stability were verified. The study tool included (53) criteria divided into three main areas: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the, general level of teacher’s delivery of computer skills course for the first grade secondary in al-salt district schools was average in general, and was high in planning, and average in the implementation and evaluation. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences in the teacher’s delivery of computer skills course for the first grade secondary in Al-Salt district schools in light of effective teaching standards in the field of planning according to the variable (gender of the teacher). The differences were in favor of females; while there were no statistically significant differences in the fields of implementation and evaluation. (Published abstract)
