هدفت الدّراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني في مديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الشرقية، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) في ذلك، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة. اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي. وتم اختيار عينة مكونه من (100) معلم ومعلمة، وتم بناء أداة لقياس الاتجاهات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني، وتكونت من (20) فقرة. وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، توصلت الدّراسة إلى نتائج عديدة من أهمها؛ أن اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات، وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى توصيات عديدة ومنها: ضرورة توفير متخصصين في مجالات التقنية ومجالات الإنترنت لمساعدة المعلمين على ممارسة المهارات الخاصة بالتعلم الإلكتروني، ربط المختبرات في المدارس بمصادر التعلم، وتوفير الاتصال بشبكة الإنترنت. The study aimed to identify attitude in the teacher of mathematics towards e-learning in north- east Badia directorate and the effect of gender, qualification and years of experience variable in this and to achieve the purposes of the study. The researchers used the descriptive approach. A sample of 100 teachers was chosen. The instrument of the study has been constructed to measure the orientation towards e-learning. It is verified for its reliability and validity. The study reached several results: 1) the attitudes of mathematics teachers toward e-learning were very high. 2) There were statistical significant differences (α=0.05) in term of gender and the differences were for females. 3) There were statistical significant differences (α=0.05) in term of years of experiences and the differences were for less than 5 years of experiences. 4) There were no statistical significant differences (α=0.05) in term of qualifications. Finally; the study has some recommendations; the necessity to have specialists in the fields of technology and internet to help teachers using e-learning and to provide each school with laboratories and computers and connect them with internet and not limited to a specific number in the school.
