هدفت الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح قائم على الحوسبة السحابية في تطوير أداء القيادات الجامعية، والتعرف على المعوقات، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لدراستها، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (200) من القيادات في كلا من جامعة الملك سعود وجامعة الملك خالد وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة والتي تمثلت في (40) من القيادات في كلا من جامعة الملك سعود و جامعة الملك خالد. وصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: الاتفاق وبشدة على فاعلية استخدام الحوسبة السحابية في تطوير مرونة وسرعة أداء القيادات الجامعية. موافقة على فاعلية استخدام الحوسبة السحابية في تطوير نوعية وحجم أداء القيادات الجامعية، لا توجد فروق عند مستوى (0.05) فأقل حول محور "فاعلية استخدام الحوسبة السحابية في تطوير مرونة وسرعة أداء القيادات الجامعية" تعزى لمتغير الجامعة ، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلاله (0.05) حول محور" فاعلية استخدام الحوسبة السحابية في تطوير نوعية وحجم أداء القيادات الجامعية " تعزى لمتغير الجامعة لصالح أفراد العينة في جامعة الملك سعود، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلاله (0.05) حول محور "معوقات استخدام القيادات الجامعية للحوسبة السحابية" تعزى لمتغير الجامعة، وهذه الفروق لصالح أفراد العينة في جامعة الملك سعود، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) فأقل حول محاور الدراسة". وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: توفير الدعم المالي والمعنوي اللازم لنشر ثقافة استخدام الحوسبة السحابية لسرعة انجاز المهام، تقديم برامج تدريبية، تطوير البنية التحتية التقنية للجامعات لتحقيق الاستفادة من الخدمات الالكترونية، توفير الضمانات اللازمة لحماية سرية وأمن المعلومات، تشجيع القيادات الجامعية على تبادل تجاربهم الناجحة وتطوير مهاراتهم و ممارساتهم التقنية (الملخص المنشور)

This study aims to proposed promotion cloud computing for the development of university graduate leadership. It also aimed to identify constraints on the use of cloud computing by university graduate leaders, as well as to determine the importance of statistical differences, if any, that can be attributed to variables (university education, qualification, and training). At the end a proposal of achieving an effective use of cloud computing applications was conceptualized for the improvement of the performance of university graduate leaders. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher used the questionnaire as the research tool of study. The study population consists of (200) leaders in both King Saud University and King Khalid University the sample of the study was selected using simple random method which consisted of (40) of the administrative leaders at King Saud University and Khalid University. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: agrees about the effectiveness of using cloud computing in developing the flexibility and speed of the performance of university graduate leaders, that there is agreement on the effectiveness of the use of cloud computing in developing the quality and volume of the performance of university graduate leaders, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) or less in the responses "the effectiveness of using cloud computing in developing the flexibility and speed of the performance of university graduate leaders" which is attributed to the university education variable, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses "the effectiveness of using cloud computing in developing the quality and volume of the performance of university graduate leaders" which was attributed to the university educational variable for the benefit members of King Saud University, there are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) among the responses at the level of the study theme. In light of these results, the study recommended the following: providing financial and moral support necessary for spreading the culture of “using cloud computing” to achieve the functional responsibilities of university graduate leaders, providing training programs for university graduate leaders in the field of cloud computing, developing the basic technical infrastructure at the universities in order to achieve the highest benefit from electronic services, strive hard to provide the necessary guarantees to protect information security and confidentiality , encourage university graduate leaders to share their successful experiences in employing cloud computing applications to accomplish tasks, encourage university graduate leaders to develop their skills and technical practices, to develop provide appropriate management systems to support the activation cloud computing services.
