هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن أثر استخدام برنامج تعليمي قائم على نموذج أنماط التعلم لدن ودن في تدريس اللغة العربية في تحسين مستوى مفهوم الذات الأكاديمية، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر تفاعل الجنس مع استخدام البرنامج التعليمي القائم على نموذج أنماط التعلم لدن ودن في تحسين مفهوم الذات الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الصف العاشر الأساسي في مدرستي عبد الرحمن بن عوف الثانوية المختلطة ومدرسة معاذ بن جبل الأساسية للبنين التابعتين لمديرية التربية والتعليم في قصبة محافظة معان خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2016/2017)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد دليل لتدريس نموذج أنماط التعلم لدن ودن المُطبق على المجموعة التجريبية المكونة من (61) طالبا، وطالبة، في حين جرى تدريس المجموعة الضابطة المكونة من (63) طالبا، وطالبة بالطريقة الاعتيادية، واعدت الباحثة استبانة مفهوم الذات الأكاديمية، وتم تطبيقها على أفراد الدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود اثر لإستخدام البرنامج التعليمي القائم على أنماط التعلم لدن ودن في تنمية مفهوم الذات الأكاديمية، وعدم وجود تفاعل بين الجنس واستخدام البرنامج التعليمي القائم على نموذج أنماط التعلم لدن ودن في تحسين مستوى مفهوم الذات الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الصف العاشر الأساسي. وأوصت الدراسة باستخدام معلمي اللغة العربية لبرامج تعليمية قائمة على نموذج أنماط التعلم لدن ودن. This study aimed to investigate the effect of an instructional program based on Dunn and Dunn model in teaching Arabic language on improvement academic self-concept, as well as investigate the effect of interaction between the instructional program based on Dunn and Dunn model and gender on academic self-concept among tenth grade students from Abid Alrahman Ibn Aouf Co-Ed Secondary School, and Moa’ath Ibn Jabal Basic School for Boys which are followed to education directorate of Ma’an governance during scholastic year (2016/2017). To achieve the study goals the researcher built a guidance for using instructional program based on Dunn and Dunn model and excuted it on experimental group which consisted of (61) male and female students from the tenth grade students, while control group which consisted of (63) male and female students from the tenth grade students were studied using conventional way. The researchers built achievement exam and academic self-concept questionnaire which applied on the study sample, the study revealed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α = 0.05) to the instructional program based on Dunn and Dunn model on academic self-concept and there are no statistically significant effect to the interaction between using the instructional program based on Dunn and Dunn model on achievement and academic self-concept among 10th grade students. The researcher recommended that Arabic language teacher should use educational program based on Dunn and Dunn model. (Published abstract)
