This study aimed to determine the reality of the performance of academic leaders in emerging Saudi universities in the light of sustainable leadership, and relied on the questionnaire of faculty members in revealing the reality of the performance of sustainable leadership. The descriptive approach was used, and the study was applied to a sample of faculty members in three emerging Saudi universities (University of Hail - University of Al-Baha - University of Majmaah) and consists of (315) members. The study concluded that the degree of reality of academic leadership performance in the light of sustainable leadership is medium, with an average arithmetic of (2.74) out of (4) Humanity and Materiality - Sustainability of Others' Leadership - Strategic Distribution.
