هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور المدرسة الثانوية بمحافظة غزة في تدعيم جوانب المواطنة لدى طلابها من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم الإنسانية. ولتحقيق الهدف استخدمت المنهج الوصفي ، والاستبانة الموجهة لمعلمي العلوم الإنسانية في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية شرق غزة التعليمية، وتم توزيع (163) استبانة، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (α≤0.05) بين متوسط إجابات معلمي ومعلمات العلوم الإنسانية المتعلقة في تعزيز جوانب المواطنة يمكن أن تعزى إلى متغير الجنس. 2) لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (α≤0.05) بين متوسط إجابات معلمي ومعلمات العلوم الإنسانية المتعلقة في تعزيز جوانب المواطنة يمكن أن تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس- ماجستير فأعلى). 3) لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (α≤0.05) بين متوسط إجابات معلمي ومعلمات العلوم الإنسانية المتعلقة في تعزيز جوانب المواطنة يمكن أن تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخدمة. 4) لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند متوسط (α≤0.05) بين متوسط إجابات معلمي ومعلمات العلوم الإنسانية المتعلقة في تعزيز جوانب المواطنة يمكن أن تعزى إلى متغير التخصص (لغة عربية – اجتماعيات- تربية اسلامية). وأهم السبل تحديد المهام والدوار التي ينبغي أن يقوم بها المعلم في المدرسة لغرس جوانب تعلم المواطنة في نفوس الطلبة. Study aimed to identify the role of high school in strengthening aspects of citizenship has requested from the perspective of teachers in the humanities. To achieve the goal descriptive analytical method used, and the questionnaire addressed to the teachers of humanities in secondary schools east of Gaza Directorate of Education, were distributed (163) questionnaire, and highlighted the findings of the study: 1) There is no statistically significant differences at the average (α≤0.05) between the average answers teachers of humanities in the promotion-related aspects of citizenship can be attributed to variable sex. 2) There is no statistically significant differences at the average (α≤0.05) between the average answers teachers of humanities in the promotion-related aspects of citizenship can be attributed to the educational qualification variable (Pkalorios- Master and higher). 3) There is no statistically significant differences at the average (α≤0.05) between the average answers teachers of humanities in the promotion-related aspects of citizenship can be attributed to the variable of years of service. 4) There is no statistically significant differences at the average (α≤0.05) between the average answers teachers of humanities in the promotion-related aspects of citizenship can be attributed to variable Specialization (Arabic Language - Ajtmaiat- Islamic Education).
