The study aimed to identify some personal components for outstanding students and students is outstanding in the Faculty of Physical Education and the College of Basic Education and a comparison between the totals for search as the researcher used the descriptive approach, and included a sample search on the (20) students dividing into four groups each group Five of the top five and is excelling in every college by ten students from each college and after data collection and discharged and processed statistically arrived to researcher. 1) The mathematically talented students enjoy higher than the level of students is outstanding. 2) The outstanding students have a number of personality traits related to athletic accomplishment and ambition, independence and realism. 3) There correlation between sporting excellence and personal attributes has been the relationship a positive sign when some features such as, poise emotional or ego strength for high achievers compared to unbalance emotional Non outstanding, extroversion high degree versus introversion low degree, the intensity of the tension high degree versus the weakness of tension low degree 0 The researchers recommend the following: 1) Necessary to take the issue of sporting excellence and personal attributes into account when conducting a comparative study of such a pattern that does not rely on the basis of the criteria in the present. 2) Attention to update training and training methods, methods and curricula to include material help to achieve sporting excellence. 3) Classrooms that are working and through psychological counseling and methods of teaching staff deal with the students on the development of personality traits larger among students.
