The aim of the research was to identify the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of teaching among teachers and teachers of physical education and sports sciences in Arbil province, Kurdistan Region in Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the problem of research. The research sample consisted of teachers and teachers of physical education and science (159) teachers and schools. The researchers used the social statistical file (SPSS) to process statistical data. The researchers concluded that the research sample members are characterized by organizational culture in terms of values, beliefs and contacts. They stressed the necessity of arming the organizational culture of teachers and teachers of physical education and sports sciences in the preparatory and secondary schools in Erbil governorate.
