يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التعليم في العراق، والمشكلات الداخلية والخارجية التي تواجه المنظومة التعليمية، ومدى تأثيرها، إلى جانب التعرف على مشكلات التعليم في العراق من وجهة نظر المُعلمين، والأسباب التي تُعرقل تطور التعليم العراقي بالشكل المطلوب، واكتشاف الحلول ووضع خطة استراتيجية من شأنها أن تُسهم في تطور المنظومة التعليمية في العراق ومواكبتها للمتغيرات العالمية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته وظيفة البحث، إذ بلغت عينة البحث (100) فرد ما بين مُعلم ومُعلمة، ومشرفين تربويين، ومديري مدارس، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة بوصفها أداة لجمع البيانات من عينة البحث. The search aims to identify the status of education in Iraq, the internal and external problems facing the educational system, and its impact, in addition to identifying the problems of education in Iraq from the teachers` point of view, and the obstacles that impede the development of Iraqi education, also to find out the solutions and determine strategy for the development of the educational system in Iraq and keeping pace with global changes. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to suit the research function. The research sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers, supervisors and school administrators. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the research sample. (Published abstract)
