هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المرشدين التربويين في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المرشدين التربويين العاملين في جنوب الخليل والبالغ عددهم (70) مرشداً ومرشدة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) مرشداً ومرشدة، وكانت النتائج الآتية: 1) أن دور المرشدين التربويين في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي من وجهة نظر المرشدين في مدارس مديرية تربية جنوب الخليل كان بدرجة عالية. 2) أن أهم مظاهر دور المرشدين التربويين في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي: قيامه بغرس القيم الايجابية لدى الطلبة وبدرجة عالية. عمله على تنمية شخصية الطفل وفق مبادئ الحوار وبدرجة عالية. 3) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في دور المرشدين التربويين في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي في مدارس تربية جنوب الخليل تعزى لمتغير الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، التخصص وسنوات الخبرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: الاهتمام بالإرشاد التربوي نظراً لأهمية دور المرشد التربوي وخاصة دوره في الحد من ظاهرة العنف. The study aims at recognizing Students Counselor's Role in Restricting Violence Phenomenon at School from his/her Perspective. As for data, the researcher has developed and distributed a questionnaire responded by 50 out of 70 male and female counselors working for the Ministry of Education in the has concluded with the following points; (1) counselor's role in restricting violence at schools demonstrates a high degree, (2) arranged on significance, among the aspects regarding the counselor's role in restricting violence at school are; (i) entrenching students with positive values and (ii) working on improving child's personality through discussion techniques. Finally, (3) the study shows no significant statistic differences at the level of (a≤0.05) that affect the counselor's role in restricting school violence regarded to variations of gender, degree, specialization or years of experience. Accordingly, the researcher recommends the following pints; (a) educational counseling should receive special attention due to the vital role counselors in restricting school violence.
