تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على دور الجامعة في تنمية تقدير الذات لدى الطالب الجامعي دراسة ميدانية على طلبة جامعة معسكر للسنة الجامعية 2016-2017، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (90) طالبا، وطبق عليهم مقياس تقدير الذات لروزنبرج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: 1( يتمتع طلبة الجامعة بمستوى عال من تقدير الذات. (2 لا يوجد فرق دال احصائيا في تقدير الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة يعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3( يوجد فرق دال احصائيا في تقدير الذات لدى طلبة الجامعة يعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ولصالح طلبة السنة الثالثة علم النفس. This paper aims at identifying the role of the university in the development of self-esteem among the university students. A field study was conducted on the students of the University of Mascara for the academic year 2016.2017. The sample of study was 90 students and the Rosenberg self-assessment scale was applied: 1) University students enjoy a high level of self-esteem. 2) There is no statistically significant difference in self-esteem among university students due to the gender variable. 3) There Is a statistically significant difference in self-esteem among university students due to the variable of the academic level and for the third year students psychology.
