هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس جودة حياة العمل لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في البيئة الجزائرية، حيث طبق المقياس المكون من 30 مفردة على عينة مكونة من 250 معلم ومعلمة. وتم الكشف على عدد العوامل المكونة لهذا المقياس باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي. وتم التأكد من عدد العوامل المستخرجة من خلال التحليل العاملي التوكيدي. وتم التحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات باستخدام الصدق البنائي والثبات المركب. وقد توصلت الدراسة لأدلة تدعم البناء العاملي للمقياس كنموذج سداسي العوامل يفسر64.55 % من التباين الكلي. This study aimed to exploring the factorial structure of the teacher’s quality of work life scale in the Algerian environment. The scale included 30 items was conducted among 250 teachers. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to determine the number of factors of QWL. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to verify the number of factors. To verify the validity and reliability of scale, a structural validity and a composite reliability was determined. The six significant factors were identified based on factor analysis. Further analysis revealed that, these six factors together explained 64.55 % of the total variance. (Published abstract)
