The scale considered the most used mean among measuring tools to collect the data in the descriptive studies, and it is a mean help in obtain data about a lot of individuals in a short time. Due to the importance of the language in the individual life especially his advanced stage of his age he or she should be given the essentials skills of language and find out the weakness points.one of the biggest problems that faced the researchers in the field of languages is the shortness in tests and measurements especially those which scale the difficulty of learning a language, or measuring the language skills the students have, therefore it very necessary to made a scale and make it the priority in the field of education due to the shortness in studies that deals with building scales to measure the lingual intelligence.so it became very obligatory that the educational individuals design a perfect scales helps in discovered the language skills. this study aims to this goal so the current research aim to *build a scale concern the lingual intelligence of the primary school students * For building the tool the researchers did a lot of steps which are:-limiting the meaning of lingual intelligence then forming the items of measuring the lingual intelligence at 5th primary school students depending on theories which interpreted intelligence as well as studies that handled with the subject of multiple intelligence and correct the scale by the way of (Lekrt) represented by the fourth alternates, where his items reached in its final shape a 38 items and after they have been seen by a group of experts to extract the apparent honesty of the scale. This items measuring the major lingual skills (conversation, listening, reading, and writing).and they been applied on a group of(100) 5th primary students school as an exploration in order to find out the clearance of the items for the students and find out the requested time of the answer as well as extract the psychometrical features represented by honesty and stability where honesty of building while it has been achieved about stability by two ways (Crounbach- Alpha Equation) the internal harmony and the method of partition halves by using counting the linking (module) of (Berson). After the treatments all the items been included without exclude any one of the 38 items. The study find out that there is a high honesty and stability (module)for using and applying the device in other studies. (Published Abstract)
