The problem of research is that there are problems that interfere with the performance of educational supervisors towards teachers in these schools and stands at the top supervisory practices of educational supervisors, which indicates in many complaints and hesitation and talk about them in that they need to develop their abilities in the supervisory process. To identify these practices and then to find the best ways to improve these practices and supervisory behaviors, not to mention the importance of these topics, which deal with fundamental aspects of the educational process, considering the supervisory methods of the most important pillars of the basic work of the educational supervisor in the Educational institutions. The study identifies all teachers and teachers who work in primary schools in the directorates of education in the province of Baghdad Education side of Karkh 1/2 and Alrasafa 1/2 and the (43562) individuals for the academic year (2015-2016). Where the researcher identified a set of terms for the research, in the theoretical side that is related to the subject and to address a set of studies on the subject of research. A group of procedures were followed in terms of description of the research community and its sample. A sample of (400) individuals and (0.92%) were obtained by the research community. The researcher built a research tool by looking at the literature and previous studies, Where the honesty and persistence was done on the tool and then the search came out with a number of results and then presented and interpreted. It then developed a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals for research. (Published Abstract)
