The field of information technology offers new and accelerating leaps both in communications technology and computer technology, from telephone lines that almost cover the world to radio waves that can connect through different media at the speed of light to fiber optics. The objective of the present research is to prepare a list of the technological professional standards required for the teachers in the different educational stages and to determine the availability of professional electronic standards for a group of teachers. The sample of the research is group of female graduates from Faculty of Education Princess Noura Abdulrahman University numbered 35 teachers. The analytical descriptive method was used to monitor the performance of the teachers to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers In the light of the list of standards prepared. The analysis ofthese data is done in order to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions in an organized manner based on previous literature and studies in the current research field.To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a list of criteria for the performance of teachers in different stages of education and the identification of electronic academic standards to see the availability of teachers from their point of view and observation card of the teacher' performance . The results of the current research indicated that Low level of some performance of teachers in using technology skills. Also, shortening the period of training courses received by teachers, and the lack of training courses to special sessions of computer maintenance in addition to the fear of teachers to cause damage of the device, the lack of practice and on the programs of writing such as Typing, and the tyranny of the theoretical side of the courses obtained by the computer teacher.
