يمثل القرآن الكريم المصدر الرئيس للتربية الإسلامية، وتعد علومه أسساً ركيزة لإقامة قواعد منهج التربية الإنسانية متى ما أحسن التربويون إحكام الربط المنهجي للتربية بقواعد علوم القرآن الكريم، فلقد اعتنى علماء المسلمين بتفصيل هذه العلوم وأقروا لها قواعد تتصل بالتربية اتصالاً قوياً، إلا إن واقع التربية المعاصر مازال يفتقر لتقعيد قواعد منهجية لأركانها بإحكام الربط بين أسسها وأسس العلوم الشرعية، ومن بين أركان علم التربية: الخطاب التربوي، الذي يعد الوعاء الفكري للتربية الإسلامية فهو يعبر عن غايتها وأهدافها، ويفصح عن تشريعاتها ويعالج قضاياها من منظور إسلامي، وبالرغم من مكانته وتأثيره القوي على الوسط التربوي، إلا أنه يصارع معركة البقاء وإمكانية الوفاء للتربية الإسلامية توجيهاً وسيادة لها في نفوس المتربين، ولقد كان هذا حاله نتيجة ضعف التأسيس المنهجي له وفق أسس الخطاب القرآني التربوي، محكم البيان، واضح البرهان، المعجز لفظاً ومعنى وتشريعاً، ولكي يحدث التمكن من التأسيس المنهجي للخطاب التربوي وفق أسس الخطاب القرآني؛ فإنه ينبغي استقاؤه من علوم القرآن الكريم التي تهتم بالقواعد المنهجية للخطاب القرآني، ولعل أشدها صلة بذلك علم الوقف والابتداء والذي عده العلماء المسلمون علماً من أهم أبواب علم التجويد والإتقان المعنوي واللفظي للقرآن الكريم، وعلماً لاستقامة اللسان المحقق لاستقامة الفهم للخطاب القرآني التربوي الوقائي التقويمي التنموي للإنسان. ولذلك توجه هدف البحث الحالي لاستنباط أبعاد التأسيس المنهجي للخطاب التربوي من أسس علم الوقف والابتداء. Quran is the main source of Islamic education, and its science is the basis of establishing the rules of human education curriculum once the educators have improved the systematic linkage of education to the rules of Quran sciences. Muslim scholars have taken care of expanding these sciences and strongly approved the rules related to education. However, reality of contemporary education still lacks systematic rules to justify its foundations through linking them to the foundations of forensic science. Among the elements of pedagogy, there is the educational discourse, which is considered the intellectual pool for Islamic education, which expresses its purpose and objectives, exposes its legislation and addresses its issues from Islamic perspective. Despite the importance and the strong influence of the educational discourse on the educational society, it fights to survive and to meet Islamic education directions in the hearts of educated people. This case is a result of the weak systematic incorporation according to Quranic educational discourse foundations which is clear in its statement and miraculous in its words, meanings, and legislation. In order to be able to systematically establish the educational discourse according to the Qur'anic discourse fundamentals, we should draw it from a science of Holy Quran, which is concerned with the methodological rules of Qur'anic discourse. The most relevant to this is the science of Endowment and Start, which is considered by Muslim scholars as one of the most important sections of Tajweed, the moral and verbal proficiency of Holy Qur'an, the integrity of tongue that is aligned with the correct understanding of Qur'anic educational, preventive, developmental discourse for human. Therefore, the aim of this research is to devise the dimensions of the systematic establishment of educational discourse from the foundations of the science of Endowment and Start.
