هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه إدارات المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الرمادي بعد التحرير من وجهة نظر الهيئة الإدارية والتعليمية.التعرف على دلالة الفروق في الصعوبات التي تواجه إدارات المدارس الثانوية على وفق متغيري النوع (ذكور.إناث). تكونت عينة البحث من (450) منهم (250) إدارياً ومدرّساً و(200) إدارية ومدرسّة التابعين للمديرية العامة لتربية الأنبار، تم اختيارهم بالأسلوب العشوائي بنسبة (19%) من مجتمع البحث، اعدت الباحثة اداة البحث تكون من (26) فقرة.تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للأداة من خلال عرض الفقرات على مجموعة من المحكمين،وكان ثبات الاداة (92,0)، استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الاحصائية معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة ولعينتين مستقلتين. وتوصلت إلى أن هنالك صعوبات تواجه إدارات المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الرمادي بعد التحرير،لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائياً على وفق متغيري النوع (ذكور - إناث). The objective of the current research is to identify the of difficulties faced by secondary school administrations in the city of Ramadi after liberation from the point of view of the administrative and educational body. Identify the significance of the differences in the difficulties faced by secondary school administrations and according to the variables of gender (male and female). The research sample consisted of (450) of them (250) administrators of (200) administrative and school belonging to the Directorate General of Anbar Education, were chosen by random method (19%) of the research community, the researcher prepared the research tool of (26) paragraph. The accuracy of the tool was verified by presenting its paragraphs to a group of arbitrators. The stability of the tool was (92,0). The researcher used the statistical means of Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test of two independent samples and samples.
