يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على مدى تطور الكفاءة الرياضية بفروعها الخمسة لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع لمدارس التجربة في تربيات الكرخ (الكرخ1- الكرخ2- الكرخ3) في موضوع الكسور على وفق المنهج الجديد للرياضيات. وقد اجري اختبارt-test على جميع افراد عينة البحث البالغ عددهم (702) تلميذ وتلميذة موزعين على ثلاث مديريات (كرخ1- كرخ2- كرخ3) وشملت (340) تلميذاً وتلميذة من مدارس التجربة و(362) تلميذاً وتلميذة من المدارس الاخرى. وفي ضوء نتائج اجراءات الاختبار وجدت الباحثة بأن محتوى المنهج الجديد ساعد بشكل كبير في تطوير الكفاءة الرياضية للتلاميذ مقارنة بأقرانهم ممن تم تدريسهم على وفق المنهج القديم. وعليه أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تعميم المنهج الجديد لرفع المستوى العلمي للتلاميذ وتحسين الكفاءة الرياضية لديهم. The researcher's study aims to identify the development of mathematics proficiency in fractions for pupils in grade four of the experimental schools in Karkh (Karkh1- Karkh2- Karkh3) according to the new curriculum of mathematics. The t-test was conducted on all 702 pupils in three state (Karkh1- Karkh2- Karkh3), 340 pupils from the experimental schools and 362 pupils from other schools. As the results of the testing procedures, the researcher found that the content of the new curriculum greatly helped in the development of the mathematics proficiency of pupils compared to their who taught according to the old method. Therefore, the researcher recommended the need to generalization the new curriculum to raise the scientific level of pupils and improve their mathematics proficiency. (Published abstract)
