هدف البحث الى الكشف عن الكفايات التدريسية لدى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها من وجهة نظر طلبتهم , تحدد البحث بطلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كليات جامعة تكريت للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)، بلغت عينة البحث (50) تدريسيا وتدريسية و(526) طالبا وطالبة من نفس الجامعة. قام الباحثان باعداد مقياس لقياس الكفايات التدريسية شملت خمسة مجالات هي (الشخصية، المحاضرة، الانشطة والتقويم، العلاقات الانسانية، التمكن العلمي والمهني)، وكان عدد فقراتها الكلي (58) فقرة بثلاثة بدائل بعد ان تم التاكد من صدقها الظاهري والبنائي وتمييز فقراتها وثباتها، كما تم استخرج معايير للمقياس يتم من خلالها تقييم الكفايات التدريسية للتدريسي الجامعي، وقد اظهرت نتائج البحث ان مستوى تدريسيي جامعة تكريت وتدريسياتها في مجالات (الشخصية والتمكن العلمي والمهني ) يعد مستو عال، وان مستواهم في مجالي (المحاضرة، العلاقات الانسانية) يعد مستو مقبولا الى حد ما وان مستواهم في مجال الانشطة والتقويم يعد مستو ضعيفا، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج وضع الباحثان مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. The purpose of the research is to reveal the teaching competencies in the teaching of the University of Tikrit and its teaching from the point of view of their students. The research is determined by the students of the third stage in the faculties of the University of Tikrit for the academic year 2017-2018. The sample of the research was (50) instructress and (526) The university has prepared a measure to measure the teaching competencies in five areas (personality, lecture, activities, evaluation, human relations, scientific and professional ability). The total number of paragraphs (58) was three alternatives after verifying their veracity, as standards for the scale have been extracted from. The results of the research showed that the level of teaching at the University of Tikrit and its teaching in the fields of (personal and scientific and professional) is high, and that the level of teaching and teaching of the University of Tikrit in the fields of (lecture, human relations) is a fairly acceptable level The level of teaching and teaching of the University of Tikrit in the field of activities and evaluation is a low level. In the light of these results, the researchers developed a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
