استهدف البحث التعرف على مستوى اقتصاد المعرفة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، التعرف عن مستوى التمايز النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى اقتصاد المعرفة والتمايز النفسي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وقد تحدد مجتمع البحث بمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة بغداد/الكرخ 2 إذ تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (75) معلمة وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الوسط الفرضي والوسط الحسابي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لمتغير اقتصاد المعرفة، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الوسط الفرضي والوسط الحسابي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لمتغير التمايز النفسي وتوجد علاقة ارتباطيه عالية بين متغيري اقتصاد المعرفة والتمايز النفسي وطبقاً للنتائج التي توصلت اليها الباحثة قدمت عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. The purpose of research is to identify the level of knowledge economy among kindergarten teachers, to detect the level of psychological differentiation among kindergarten teachers, to reveal the relationship between the level of the knowledge economy and the psychological differentiation of kindergartens. The study of kindergartens in Baghdad - Karkh II, a random sample of 75 teachers were tested, the researcher found the following results: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean and the arithmetic mean of kindergarten teachers on the knowledge economy tool, there is a statistically significant difference between the mean and the arithmetic mean of kindergarten teachers on the self-identification tool, there is a high correlation between the variables of the knowledge economy and psychological differentiation. According to the results reached by the researcher, number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions have been submitted. (Published abstract)
